The Hamilton Bulldogs dropped their second straight game in their three game weekend, losing in Rochester 3-1 Saturday night.  David Leggio made 35 saves and Marcus Foligno scored twice for the Americans.  Mark Voakes also scored for Rochester (17-13-8), who are unbeaten in regulation in its last five games and have moved to within five points of the idle Toronto Marlies for first place in the North Division.

The only goal for the Bulldogs came with the score 2-0. Philip  DeSimone snapped a 12 game  scoreless streak with his seventh of the season.   Drew Stafford assisted on the goal to extend his point streak to five games.

The Bulldogs complete their second straight weekend of three games in 46 hours when they host the Toronto Marlies at Copps Coliseum at 3.00 Sunday afternoon.
