8 – Nathan Beaulieu – Hamilton Bulldogs

The Hamilton Bulldogs season came to an end Sunday with a 4-1 loss to the Rochester Americans.  Using as many as twelve rookie professionals in some games (including the season finale), the Bulldogs finished last in the 30 team American Hockey League, missing the playoffs for the second consecutive season.

During the season the Bulldogs sent Brendan Gallagher, Gabriel Dumont, Jarred Tinordi, Mike Blunden and Greg Pateryn for varying lengths of time.

On the final day of their season, the Bulldogs named their annual award winners.

Nathan Beaulieu earned four of them, winning Most Valuable Player  as voted by his teammates, co-winning the Leading Scorer Award’ (with Gabriel Dumont); co-winner Top Defenceman (with Jarred Tinordi) and Top Rookie.

Hardest Working Bulldogs Player
