….RW-P.A. Parenteau has been scratched from the Canadiens lineup and Manny Malhotra returns after being a healthy scratch the last two games.  Parenteau suffered suspected concussion symptoms following a clean open ice check by New Jersey’s Tim Sestito in the second period Friday night.

….Carey Price will make his 13th start the last 14 games.

….Going into the game  Marc-Andre Fleury and Carey Price have nearly identical  records.  Their save percentages, .927 and .928 respectively.  Price’s GAA is 2.18 and Fleury 2.12.  Price has 21 victories is 31 starts.  Fleury 20 wins in 30 starts.
