Daniel Carr, Christian Thomas, Charles Hudon, Nikita Scherbak and Bud Holloway scored for St. John’s. The Bridgeport goals came from Bracken Kearns, Scott Mayfield, Taylor Beck and Joe Whitney. ….The IceCaps trimmed their roster to 25 Tuesday by assigning forward Mark MacMillan and defenseman Josiah Didier to the Brampton Beast of the ECHL. The pair are former fourth round draft choices of the Canadiens.

….Over the last three weeks the IceCaps have assigned six to Brampton including goaltender Eddie Pasquale, defenseman Travis Brown and forwards Angelo Miceli and Stefan Fournier.
