One Comment to “PREVIEW GAME #2 Canadiens @ Washington (Oct. 7/2017)”

  1. Ned Stark says:

Has to have been one of the worst starts by the team in a long time. 3 goals surrendered in the first 2:51 of the 1st period followed by another goal by Ovie giving him back to back Hat Tricks to start the season. If this is a sign of things to come we’re in for some tough times. They moved Mete to the 3rd pairing with Streit who looks incredibly slow and you can see why the Pens never iced him the the SC finals last year. Our Offense hasn’t joined the game as yet and we look incredibly small sized up against the Caps. Also, Jamie Benn on the 1st pairing with Weber has to be an experiment. I can’t see Mete staying up if they are going to protect him like this. I thought all the hubbub about Mete was that he was playing with Weber not care taking a guy that doesn’t deserve to be on the ice. Anyways back to Benn when he isn’t turning it over they are going by him like he’s a turnstile.
