The Hamilton Bulldogs suffered defeat for the first time in the 2011-2012 season when the IceCaps beat them 6-2 in St. John’s Newfoundland Saturday night.  It was the second meeting of the clubs in 24 hours.  Hamilton won the opening game 4-0 Friday.  Carl Klingberg led the IceCaps with a hattrick.  Scoring for the Bulldogs were Gabriel Dumont and Dany Masse.  St. John’s outshot the Bulldogs 44-21.

The Bulldogs  return home to Copps Coliseum for a game against the Grand Rapids Griffins on Tuesday October 18th at 7:30 P.M. EDT.
